  3 stars because i appreciate the hard work done by the workers there they get 5 stars. The council however loss them 2 points. Not much happens in the city unless you are affluent or influential. Sorry

  Why do you find it necessary to ban people walking there dogs in so many places .... IE Crystal Cascades, when you can take your kids ( fur babies ) to many pet friendly restaurants than there are natural places, Like beaches and other excellent areas that would be good to walk you babies .... if you catch people who don't Clean up after there pets, then fine them don't penalise the responsible people who do the right thing it's totally wrong.

  This Council chooses money over the health of children's teeth. They refuse to fluoridate the water in their own city!!! Tens of thousands of children are affected. Beyond despicable. A group of local Doctors volunteered to educate them but they refused to give them a hearing!!!!! They should be absolutely ashamed of themselves.

  The Cairns Regional Council we must remember is a very big complex and complicated operation. All in all these guys are doing a fantastic job of improving the city facilities, absolutely tremendous. The Cairns City precinct, parks and gardens, esplanade and more are being improved endlessly year after year. Their vision is spot on, as the better the city is the more user friendly it is for locals and the more tourists will visit this Tropical Paradise of Australia.
