I was told on the phone that it would be $60 for a new chuck for my drill, and they would fit it for free, but they would charge $10 if it was hard to get the chuck off. I told them my drill was pretty new so unlikely there would be a problem. Well what a surprise when they claimed they did have trouble getting my chuck off and charged the extra $10 because they had to "strip the gear box" I asked "wow you had to do all that and only charged $10!?" The drill showed no signs that the screws to the gearbox had even been turned.

Good value for money service. Have been dealing with this business for about 12 years. They have a complete understanding of what they do and give valuable advice regarding care and maintenance of all the equipment they service.

Asked them for a price to fix my pressure cleaner, which was losing pressure. They said they would let me know a price before they do any work to it. 2 weeks later, they quoted an amount more than buying a new unit. I said I would pick up the unit. There was a $33 inspection fee, which is fair enough. They charged that fee and then brought out my pressure cleaner in parts, completely dismantled in a box. Never going back and wouldn't recommend it.
